All too often I see the aftermath of title changes and a lot of the time, the clients end up having to pay me a lot more to fix the problems than they would have had if they would’ve called me to begin with.
So if someone tells you to add someone else to your property, call me and we’ll discuss the situation and make sure it’s the right thing to do.
